Booking Your Event
Please contact us at picnictablerental@gmail.com or info@picnictablerentalsvancouver.ca with your event date, delivery city, and number of tables required.
We always recommend one foot of table per seated guest. Example: 100 Seated guests ten 10-Foot non-tipping picnic tables.
Delivery and Set up.
Pick up or delivery is available. Delivery includes basic set up. Delivery site must be within 50 Feet of the delivery truck. Minimal stairs or dirt trails.

Payment Options
Your order is confirmed once we receive payment. Our tables sold out several dates last year so I wouldn't wait too long to finalize your order.
