Delivery Policy & Cost
What's included in "delivery"?
Delivery includes set-up and take-down by experienced builders who will make sure you’re ready to go.
When will my tables be delivered/retrieved?
We will drop off the day before your event, and will pick up the day after.
If you’re renting our picnic tables for the weekend, we’ll drop them off on Friday and pick them up on Monday.
FREE DELIVERY ZONES
Where do we deliver?
Deliveries are limited to the Lower Mainland and the surrounding area.
Please note that if you aren’t in a Free Delivery Zone, additional charges will apply.
If, sadly, you cancel…
A WEEK OR MORE BEFORE THE EVENT:
Free – no penalties.
1 WEEK – 3 DAYS BEFORE EVENT:
100% of the cost of the rentals will be kept on file as “store credit”.
3 DAYS OR FEWER BEFORE EVENT:
50% of the cost of the rentals will be retained.
We’ll happily give our tables a good clean after your event, but fees will apply should we have to replace a board ($50) or the frame of the table ($300).
Luckily, these tables are exceptionally sturdy and are rarely damaged to this extent.
